- Cooper’s House is a boutique workspace and meeting place in a restored riverside mansion in central Ghent, Belgium: eight bookable meeting rooms, five private office suites, a shared office and club rooms with courtyard, lounge and bar.
- Where is Cooper’s House located?
- Kuiperskaai 6, 9000 Ghent, Belgium — on the water in the heart of the city, a two-minute walk from Ghent South car park, bicycle parking De Krook and tram lines T1 and T2.
- Can I book a meeting room without being a member?
- Meeting-room booking is a members-only privilege. Membership is 15€ per month per person (billed yearly) and gives you access to the Cooper’s House app, through which all rooms are booked.
- How much do the meeting rooms cost?
- Member rates range from 30€ to 100€ per hour depending on the room, excluding 21% VAT. See the full room table on the Meeting Spaces page.
- What does a private office cost?
- Cooper’s Workspace is 450€ per seat per month, including a dedicated desk, a membership, 100€ of monthly meeting-room credits and a 10% discount on further bookings. Private suites carry a minimum commitment of one year.
- Can I host a private event?
- Yes. The Club Rooms can be fully privatised in three combinations: the Courtyard Room & Courtyard, the Bar & Lounge, or the boardroom and private dining under the roof.
- How do I become a member?
- Fill in the membership form and we will set up your account and invoice you through Spacebring once approved.
