Cooper’s House offers a premium working environment in a beautifully renovated city mansion, right in the heart of Ghent. With Ghent’s largest public car park and all major public transport connections within a two-minute walk, it combines a prestigious address with exceptional accessibility. Private parking spaces are also available on request.

Private office suites

Five fully private office suites accommodate teams of 6 to 12 people. Designed for companies looking for a distinctive Ghent headquarters, every suite is fully privatised and offered with a minimum commitment of one year.

Each seat includes a complimentary individual Cooper’s House membership. The base office fee also includes €100 in meeting-room credits per month per seat, for anyone in the team. Any unused credits expire at the end of each month.

Also for smaller teams or professionals

For smaller teams and professionals looking for greater flexibility, Cooper’s House also offers shared workspaces on monthly contracts.

Shared desks may be located in different rooms and their location can evolve as the configuration of the private suites changes. At least one room will always remain a dedicated shared workspace for smaller teams or independent professionals.

Much more than an office

Everyone working from Cooper’s House has access to three private call booths and all shared areas, including the Courtyard Room, Bar and Lounge. A shower is also available, ideal for anyone cycling to work, exercising during the day or heading straight to an evening engagement.
